Sea view was exceptional from the 23rd floor. The entire place is super prestigious and it is definitely a luxury experience. Location is accessible from multiple directions and a main streets.

Great hotel with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was great. The also have a delicious Lebanese restaurant (Niyyali) The room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Location: is considered one of the prime locations in Jeddah (in front of the Corniche "water front", also next to redsea mall.

the hospital staff who were all friendly, specially Miss Dunya and Ms. Hanadi Alghamdi. The home service did their best to meet my food requests. The restaurant serving breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The gym was wonderful also and the spa was so relaxing and I had a wonderful time there. I liked the cleanness everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel has just opened aweek before,so everything was brandnew,the view from the palcony remainded me of Miami South beach. The pathroom was very comfortably spacious . The furniture very modern.

Easy to check in, very accomodating staff. Immaculate detailing and furnishing of the hotel, and breakfast was the next level. Special thanks to Rasha at the reception for her kind hospitality and also to Rehab at the concierge desk who went above and beyond her time schedule to help us with the right Safari tour.

I had the opportunity to try Shangri-La, London at the Shard and I was truly happy with my experience, hence when I visited Jeddah I directly checked in at Shangri-La Jeddah. The outstanding smell once I entered the lobby reminded me of those cold and lovely October nights when I was in London..
